ZUMBA Gold Introductory Lesson!

ZUMBA Gold has been developed for everyone (men and women), whether or not you have any fitness or dance experience!

Children, teenagers and the over-60s can start ZUMBA Gold straight away, as everyone can take part at their own pace!

ZUMBA Gold is basically non-stop movement to upbeat music, including Latin and other cheerful international dance tunes!

Ietara has developed her own style and method so that everyone can join in straight away!

The cheerful, rousing music and clear instructions ensure you can easily perform all the steps, gym exercises and dance moves!

A ZUMBA Gold class is a party!

It leaves you feeling fit and cheerful!

And after the workout, you’ll head home feeling happy and relaxed!

ZUMBA is, above all, FUN!

The introductory class is free. After that, participation costs €5 per one-hour class.
